Context
As a UX Research Intern at Nabler, I supported client teams in making design decisions for digital products through research-backed insights, under tight timelines. I got to wear multiple hats, from researcher and analyst to user advocate, often juggling quick pivots and changing priorities.
Research Process
- Evaluative Focus: Executed quick-turnaround usability studies tailored to each client’s constraints and goals.
- End-to-End Research: Recruited participants, ran studies, analyzed data, and delivered insights through slide decks and reports.
Methods
- Usability Studies: Ran unmoderated and assisted moderated usability testing on UserTesting.
- Tree Testing & Card Sorting: To streamline information architecture and flow by running studies on Optimal Workshop.
- UX Benchmarking: Assessing metrics of product use and navigation like number of clicks, success rate of task completion, ease of use of digital products.
- UX Audits: For identifying action points to improving usability, accessibility in redesign efforts.
